Refund Policy

The web contracting agreement begins with an initial deposit payment, generally half of the written estimate. If the client halts work and applies for a refund to Richard Bychowski of Hiranyaloka Design, 204 N. El Camino Real Suite E-432, Encinitas, CA 92024, phone (760) 613-2015, work completed shall be billed at an hourly rate stated in the initial estimate, and deducted from the initial deposit payment, the balance of which will be returned to the client. If, at the time of the request for refund, work has been completed beyond the amount covered by the initial payment, the client shall be liable to pay for all work completed at the hourly rate stated above.
